How I Work
I work directly with founders and teams — part strategist, part builder.
Sometimes that means shipping a prototype or landing page to test a new idea. Sometimes it's embedding with your team to automate and scale what's working. Always, it's about building something real that moves the business forward.
About
I've co-founded, bootstrapped, and exited a payments platform (Payhere), raised six-figure pre-seed investment for a video platform I solo-founded, and worked with startups and scaling teams across product, BD, and growth.
After university — before moving into tech — I helped run a busy car dealership that sold 20–40 vehicles a week, where I was also responsible for buying stock from across the UK. It was a crash course in business, negotiation, and understanding people.
I like solving messy problems, building fast, and helping good ideas find traction.
I hold a Master's in Professional Software Development and a First Class Honours degree in Business Management from the University of Ulster.
I've probably learnt more selling cars and launching startups than in any classroom.
